-FREE standard delivery on orders over $49
If your item is in stock, we'll ship it out within one business from ordering! We can ship via USPS first class or priority mail. However, depending on the shipping order; the processing time may vary.
Once your order is shipped, the condition of your order is in the hands of the shipping service. We do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please send us a message.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales through the CandleGlam By Perry store are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges because of the nature of our small business.
If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS first. If they are unable to assist you, send us a message and we will try our best to figure something out! You will receive a tracking number to your email address when we print the shipping label.
